For a while, we've been keen to get our hands on a decaf aimed for filter brewing. This washed Ethiopian ticks all the boxes- nice and sweet, with good acidity and complexity. We're tasting loads of darker sugars, balanced by lemon and stone fruit notes, heightened with subtle florals.
