BRAZIL & COLOMBIA BLEND
V2 of our house blend is another Brazil/Colombia beauty. For this version, we've sourced a delicious honey processed castillo from Aponte, Colombia. We first tasted it when our friend Bethany from Cofinet came and ran a cupping at the roastery, and were immediately drawn to it's sweetness and balanced acidity. We've blended it with our house Brazil from Sertaozinho. The Brazil brings body and a chocolatey base, whilst the Colombian adds in red apples and floral honey notes. Super sweet and balanced, with a gentle acidity and good complexity - we cant wait for you to try it. Our first proper foray into blends aims to produce something greater than the sum of its parts. With this Brazil/Colombia blend, you get the best of both worlds- chocolate-y body from the Brazil and balanced acidity from the Colombian. Deeeelishus
