In May, Matt and his team will be be taking part in the Duchenne Dash, cycling from London to Paris in 24 hours. This year we've chosen a coffee very close to our hearts- a natural process yellow bourbon from Baixadao, in Mantiqueira de Minas. Gareth and George visited the farm as part of their trip to Brazil last summer. Helisson Afonso has taken over the coffee production from his father, and employs regenerative farming techniques that are reaping incredible rewards. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe've developed the roast a little on this one, so it's geared more for espresso brewing. There is currently no cure for Duchenne, but there is hope.
